Klimaspor — CO₂ screening & dashboard
A web application that connects bookkeeping data, category review and a preliminary CO₂ dashboard. Designed and developed with a clear view of the data behind each estimate.

The task
Klimaspor is a Software as a Service (SaaS) project exploring how bookkeeping can provide a first view of a company’s climate impact. The application connects to e-conomic and turns booked expenses into a preliminary CO₂ screening.
What I created
I designed and developed the application: data connection, categorisation, review of unclear entries, dashboard and PDF export. This includes the interface and the logic that connects the different steps.
The implementation
Entries and account names are read from e-conomic. The application proposes categories, separates excluded entries and leaves unclear items open for review. Confirmed choices update both the overview and report. The public demo uses fictional data; its expense-based factors are preliminary and not yet professionally validated. It demonstrates a screening workflow, not a verified climate account.

Booked expenses and account names are retrieved from e-conomic for the selected period.

Category suggestions can be reviewed and corrected. Unclear items remain outside the estimate until resolved.

The dashboard and PDF combine the preliminary estimate with its categories, open items and methodology notes.
